About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Research, write, and edit a variety of consumer-friendly SEO articles for Chase lines of business such as credit cards, consumer banking, auto lending, and home lending.
• Respond to a steady stream of edits in a timely manner and demonstrate mastery of detail.
• Liaise effectively with subject matter experts, compliance, and legal teams to shepherd articles toward approval and publication.
• Compose clearly defined creative briefs that succinctly summarize topics with the assistance of AI.
• Draft engaging, SEO-friendly articles at a consistent pace to meet monthly KPIs and annual OKRs.
• Manage a pipeline of live articles due for recertification, ensuring content remains fresh and up-to-date.
• Adapt quickly to platforms and applications, switching between drafting articles and exploring metrics as needed.
• Represent the SEO content team on calls with stakeholders and partners.

Requirements

• 5+ years of verifiable work experience writing about financial services, pharmaceuticals, healthcare, or insurance with professional writing samples.
• Proven project management skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments in a fast-paced workflow.
• Strong understanding of SEO best practices and their application to quality content.
• Ability to liaise with a wide range of partners via in-person, Zoom, email, and messaging services.
• Ability to adapt to new technology platforms and workflow processes.
• Demonstrated ability to juggle multiple projects, meet deadlines, and deliver on expectations.
• High comfort level with multi-tasking and efficient time management.
