About the Role

Ripple is seeking a full-time Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Manager to join the small but mighty content marketing team. The role involves owning SEO strategy, execution, and reporting, collaborating with internal partners, and managing external agencies to implement SEO across multiple domains. Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement SEO strategy, including conducting keyword research and refreshing target keyword lists to align with business objectives
Provide optimization recommendations for on-page elements such as title tags and meta descriptions
Implement link-building strategies, including internal linking and back-linking to enhance domain authority
Employ AI tools strategically for SEO purposes
Monitor and report on SEO metrics monthly and quarterly
Analyze website performance and conduct regular technical audits across domains
Provide actionable insights for SEO improvements
Collaborate with the web experience team to ensure technical SEO best practices are followed
Assist in website updates as needed
Ensure website architecture supports SEO goals
Lead weekly SEO meetings with the web experience team and serve as the lead project manager for technical tasks

Requirements

Minimum of 5+ years of proven experience in SEO
Proficiency in SEO tools such as GA4, SEMrush, Ahrefs, GSC, AWR
Strong analytical skills
Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills
Experience working in B2B SaaS/enterprise environments
Writing and editing experience (blog content, web copy, video titles and descriptions, etc.)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience working with and managing agency partners

Nice to Have

Familiarity with blockchain, crypto, or fintech
Experience with paid search campaigns and Search Engine Marketing (SEM)
