SEO Strategist

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive keyword research to guide content strategy and SEO efforts
• Optimize website content, meta tags, headings, and images for SEO best practices
• Monitor and analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, or Ahrefs
• Develop and implement link-building strategies to improve domain authority
• Collaborate with content creators and web developers to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into content and site architecture
• Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry changes
• Generate regular reports on SEO performance and recommend actionable improvements
• Identify technical SEO issues and work with the development team to resolve them

Requirements

• Proven experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role
• Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors
• Proficiency with SEO tools (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, etc.)
• Experience with website analytics tools and A/B testing
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and technical SEO principles is a plus
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
