About the Role
The Web Specialist is responsible for the usability and maintenance of the websites within the digital marketing team. They oversee day-to-day web operations, ensure content is up-to-date, accurate, and visually appealing, and serve as the primary point of contact for urgent website updates to ensure timely completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute website updates in a timely manner.
- Troubleshoot site-related issues.
- Monitor website analytics to provide data-driven recommendations.
- Conduct quality assurance reviews.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, information technology, data processing or related field.
- Thorough understanding of website management, CSS, templates, browsers, and navigational concepts.
- Experience with keyword and topic research.
- Experience with SEO industry platforms, such as Siteimprove, Conductor, SEMrush or similar platforms.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator or similar graphics development tools.
