Service Delivery Center Senior - Financial Services Organization - QA Automation Tester EY is the only professional services firm with a separate business unit ("FSO") that is dedicated to the financial services marketplace. Our FSO teams have been at the forefront of every event that has reshaped and redefined the financial services industry. This practice also has several Service Delivery Centers that are made up of high-performing US-based resources who work closely with our experienced client serving professionals to deliver project-based work and managed services to our US-based Financial Services clients. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional testing subject matter expertise and solve complex problems that make a difference for clients.
  • Be a high-profile contact for colleagues and clients when resolving complex issues.
  • Build knowledge and experience to become a credible advisor, influencing clients and engagement teams on resolutions that impact entire industries.
  • Work directly with client engagement and delivery center leadership teams on executing the Engagement Management Framework.
  • Conduct tests and analyze results to ensure software meets or exceeds standards and client requirements.
  • Plan, design, and implement tools or assets to solve complex problems, including custom Java-based tools and frameworks.
  • Develop client relationships across multiple levels and support sales efforts.
  • Contribute to the development of technical solutions within the solution delivery center.
  • Lead team meetings (e.g., status meetings).
  • Provide detailed review of team members' work products.
  • Produce high-quality deliverables with minimal supervision.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Accounting, Finance or a related field.
  • Approximately 3 years of relevant work experience.
  • Passion and interest for solving problems using technology.
  • Technical knowledge of all aspects of the software lifecycle including design, architecture, development, and testing.
  • 3 years of experience and strong knowledge in Java and OOP concepts.
  • Knowledge of common Java libraries and concepts such as linked hash maps, serialization, etc.
  • Experience in Java development and architecture best practices.
  • At least 2 years of experience with test automation using tools such as Junit, Selenium, RESTAssured, Karate.
  • Experience with API integrations and implementing API and integration automation processes.
  • At least 2 years of experience with at least 3 of the following: design, implementation and usage of complex test automation frameworks; data querying (SQL); data analytics and statistics; artificial intelligence sub-areas; CICD tools (Jenkins, Ansible, GitLab); web technologies (Angular, React, HTML/CSS).
  • Innovative and creative mindset, resourcefulness, and ability to find solutions individually and within a team.
  • Ability to coach team members and foster an innovative, inclusive, team-oriented environment.
  • Experience developing client relationships and supporting sales efforts.
  • Ability to lead and mentor others technically and professionally.

Nice to Have

  • Certifications or degree specializations in application development, analytics, test automation or artificial intelligence.
