About the Role

The ServiceNow Automation Tester will be responsible for building and executing automated tests within the ServiceNow platform, specifically focusing on the Integrated Risk Management (IRM) workflow. The role requires expertise in ServiceNow's Automated Test Framework (ATF) and open source testing tools such as Selenium and Playwright. This position is based onsite in Chicago, IL, and is a 12+ months contract.

Key Responsibilities

Know the ServiceNow IRM workflow.
Have experience with or have worked on Catalog items in ServiceNow.
Use ServiceNow's Automated Test Framework (ATF) to build automated tests.
Build automated tests leveraging open source testing tools such as Selenium and Playwright.
Apply knowledge of Java, JavaScript, HTML, SOAP/XML, and SQL in testing activities.
Implement various testing techniques including UI Testing, Automated Testing, and Behavior Driven Development Strategies.
Work within Agile methodologies.

Requirements

Experience building automated tests using ServiceNow's built-in Automated Test Framework (ATF).
Experience building automated tests for ServiceNow leveraging open source testing tools like Selenium and Playwright.
Knowledge of Java, JavaScript, HTML, SOAP/XML, and SQL.
Proven experience with different testing techniques such as UI Testing and Automated Testing.
Good knowledge of Agile methodologies.
At least a bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Software/Electronics Engineering, Information Systems, or a closely related field.
