The role of Signature Treasury Support Initiatives Project Manager involves participating in the identification, design, development, and implementation of strategic or technical projects within Treasury Management, serving as a liaison for clients, and ensuring successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all client and bank initiatives for Signature Client with direct impact on Treasury Client Onboarding and Serving (TCOS); ensure project deliverables are met, on time.
  • Coordinate, facilitate and participate in client meetings related to assigned projects and initiatives.
  • Create and present project proposals and updates for internal business line review.
  • Manage all project tasks and reporting related to client initiatives, ensure minimal disruption to workflows when process changes are implemented.
  • Solicit ongoing feedback from client, Relationship Manager, internal partners and servicing peers to identify areas of improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience.
  • Typically, eight to 10 years of related experience.
  • Strong project management skills and expertise.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership and the ability to influence without authority.
  • Background managing or servicing business clients, with an emphasis on an elevated client experience.
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.

Nice to Have

  • Advanced knowledge of Treasury Management or related financial services.
