The Global Growth & Digital Sales team at Adobe ensures customers achieve success relative to their intent and derive meaningful membership value, while delivering Adobe shareholder value seen in ARR growth and critical metric performance improvements. We drive global growth through key business levers such as promotional strategy, free customer conversion, add-on/up-sell and customer retention. Team members are analytical and strategic, with a practical approach to achieving results through positive relationships across the organization. We have an exciting opportunity to drive growth for the Digital Small Business Segment! We are looking for a strategic leader who is able to use customer data signals to identify and drive opportunities for growth. This role is highly cross functional and will be responsible for collaborating across several organizations to ensure goal alignment and strong execution of strategic priorities that contribute to driving ARR and customer success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform analytical deep dives into digital journeys across traffic, conversion, initial purchase, add ons, retention, and upgrades with clear insights on trends and growth levers.
  • Collaborate across organizations to drive a/b testing to increase conversion across web and phones channels.
  • Partner with marketing, product management, adobe.com, and commerce teams to drive initiatives across acquisition, retention, and upsell that will help achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  • Provide quarterly financial outlook updates based on leading indicators and trends.
  • Lead promo strategy and execution across multiple digital surfaces.
  • Be comfortable working across matrixed organizations to achieve common goals and drive growth.
  • Build perspective around opportunities based on data that will lead to driving prioritization of most critical opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Masters or equivalent experience in related field with 5+ years of commerce, software, management consulting, or business analytics experience.
  • Data driven with strong analytical skills and an ability to quickly turn data into actionable insights.
  • Experience pulling data from multiple sources using Tableau, Power BI, Web Analytics, and SQL.
  • Strong understanding of digital business models and how to test and optimize customer experiences to deliver results.
  • Understanding of customer journey metrics and how they translate into ARR.
  • Demonstrated ability to build cross functional partnerships with key teams including Product Management, Growth, Product Marketing, and Program/Project Management.
  • Outstanding communication and social skills with the desire and ability to take a stand and advocate a course of action, highly articulate, makes arguments in a compelling manner.
  • Strong teammate and great sense of humor!

Nice to Have

  • Experience in digital sales or growth roles.
  • Familiarity with the Adobe ecosystem or similar digital experience platforms.
  • Experience working in a highly matrixed organization.

Qualifications

  • Educational background with a Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent experience.

Benefits & Perks

  • Competitive salary range of $125,500 -- $220,800 annually, varies by location and experience.
  • Potential eligibility for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
  • Short-term incentives through sales commissions or annual incentive plans.
