Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a cohesive social media and influencer marketing strategy to build and engage an international audience across platforms (Forum, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, etc.).
  • Manage content planning and execution, ensuring that organic and influencer-generated content aligns with brand messaging, tone of voice, and audience expectations.
  • Identify and collaborate with influencers and content creators who align with Banco Inter's brand and can amplify presence in international markets.
  • Negotiate, onboard, and manage influencer partnerships, ensuring high-quality deliverables and compliance with brand guidelines.
  • Monitor and engage with communities across social platforms, fostering conversations, strengthening relationships, and increasing brand loyalty.
  • Analyze performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions, ROI) from social media and influencer campaigns, generating insights to optimize future strategies.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, identifying opportunities to innovate in content formats, influencer collaborations, and social media strategies.
  • Work cross-functionally with marketing, PR, and growth teams to align campaigns with broader business objectives and maximize impact.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing social media and influencer marketing for high-impact brands, preferably in finance, tech, or consumer industries.
  • Strong understanding of content strategies, audience growth, and engagement techniques across social media platforms.
  • Experience in identifying, negotiating, and managing influencer collaborations.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics and translate them into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English (Spanish is a plus).

Nice to Have

  • Experience working in international markets, particularly in the U.S. and Latin America.
  • Knowledge of paid social media strategies and influencer performance marketing.
  • Familiarity with influencer marketing platforms and social media analytics tools.
