About the Role

We're looking for a bold, strategic, and creative Brand Marketer who can move seamlessly between big-picture thinking and tactical execution. In this role, you'll lead the charge on high-impact, 360° marketing campaigns that shape how Robinhood shows up in the world. You'll transform deep customer and cultural insights into innovative strategies—and partner with cross-functional teams to bring them to life across digital, social, experiential, and earned media channels. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead full-funnel campaign development from insight to execution across multiple channels (digital, social, experiential, earned).
  • Translate insights into strategy, using data and research to guide creative direction and media planning.
  • Champion innovation through test-and-learn initiatives, building frameworks to evaluate performance and optimize future efforts.
  • Refine and evolve campaign processes, creating scalable ways of working that enhance creativity and efficiency.
  • Provide thought leadership on consumer behavior, cultural trends, the competitive landscape, and category shifts.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Creative, Media, Research, Partnerships, Legal, Data Science, and Communications to deliver cohesive, high-impact campaigns.

Requirements

  • 4-6+ years of experience in brand marketing, integrated marketing, or campaign management (agency or in-house).
  • Proven ability to develop and execute multi-channel campaigns that drive brand and business results.
  • A strong pulse on consumer behavior, cultural trends, and the financial services or tech industry.
  • Demonstrated success in cross-functional leadership and managing agency partners (creative, media, research).
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills.
  • Data-savvy: Skilled at turning insights into actionable marketing strategies that drive growth.
