About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and schedule content across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Meta with a focus on video-first storytelling.
• Lead production of short- and long-form video content that is on-brand, educational, and engaging.
• Write and edit compelling social copy, blog content, and campaign messaging optimized for SEO and audience engagement.
• Capture real-world product installs, customer success stories, and behind-the-scenes footage on-site.
• Manage paid advertising campaigns across LinkedIn, Google Ads, and Meta including targeting, creative, and reporting.
• Analyze social and campaign performance, identifying trends and opportunities for optimization.
• Stay ahead of emerging trends in social media, video, and digital marketing to keep content fresh and competitive.
• Collaborate closely with the Marketing Manager and design team to align content with product launches and broader marketing initiatives.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of professional experience in social media, content marketing, or video production.
• Proven ability to operate DSLR or mirrorless cameras and familiarity with lighting and audio.
• Skilled in Adobe Premiere Pro (or equivalent) for video editing.
• Strong writing skills with an understanding of SEO and keyword optimization.
• Experience managing paid advertising campaigns on social and search platforms.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating within a team environment.
• Comfortable traveling for on-site shoots and working on your feet with camera gear.

Nice to Have

• Experience in security, technology, or B2B marketing.
• Comfortable directing talent or being on-camera when needed.
• Familiarity with HubSpot or similar social scheduling tools.
