Key Responsibilities

Manage brand editorial calendars.
Post to Facebook, Instagram, & Tik Tok for multiple brands.
Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals.
Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g., original text, photos, videos, news).
Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner, and monitor customer reviews.
Oversee social media accounts' design (e.g., Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures, blog layout).
Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions.
Perform additional office or marketing tasks such as data entry, customer service calls, shipping, invoicing, product launches, and trade show preparation.

Requirements

Must live within the US and be able to commute to Hartland, Wisconsin.
Hands-on experience in content management and/or creation is a plus but not necessary.
Excellent writing skills.
Excellent communication skills.
Analytical and multitasking skills.
Willingness to learn new skills and undergo training.
