Job Description

About the Role

We're hiring an innovative, creative, and experienced Social Media Coordinator to help us build brand awareness and elevate our online presence. This person will be responsible for developing a multi-channel social media strategy, creating dynamic branded content for our social media platforms, identifying key digital media opportunities, engaging with influencers, and reporting analytics on web traffic and engagement. CrossCountry Mortgage is a full-service lender that aims to meet customer needs, make homeownership dreams possible and affordable, and expand its nationwide footprint. Key Responsibilities

  • Use our organizational goals to develop an online marketing strategy with engaging content for our audience across all social media accounts
  • Report monthly statistics for our website using Google Analytics and social media traffic and engagement
  • Oversee the activity across our social media accounts including Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook
  • Create relevant and engaging content that aligns with our reputation and elevates our brand
  • Create a plan for posting across all social media platforms based on metrics and consistency
  • Use creativity and brand awareness to think outside of the box and come up with creative content
  • Attend events, photo shoots, and various other activities to capture content
  • Engage with followers and actively pursue various other industry professionals to expand reach and followers

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a digital marketer or social media strategist
  • Experience designing SEO-driven content in writing, images, and video
  • Expertise in current trends on all social media platforms
  • Candidates must have time management skills, excellent communication skills, and project management skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, or related major

Nice to Have

  • Experience in digital marketing or social media strategy
  • Knowledge of analytics tools and metrics
  • Ability to create multimedia content including videos and images

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, or related major
  • At least 2 years of experience in digital marketing or social media
