Social Media Community Coordinator

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Own, audit, and build upon current brand ambassador program to ensure a best-in-class program for our growing community
• Manage inbound ambassador applications and ensure a timely response to all applicants
• Serve as the first point of contact for ambassador questions, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with the web team for technical web problems
• Maintain effective and efficient community engagement across all social media channels
• Nurture and maintain long-term brand partner relationships by providing in-kind donations to events and organizations
• Assist in third-party produced photo and video shoots, including creative direction, product procurement, set design, wardrobe styling, and caption copywriting
• Execute contracts with content creator and influencer partners, ensuring licensing rights are followed
• Organize the Marketing team's content assets for easy access and relevance
• Create photography and video content to support marketing initiatives
• Assist in ideation for social media content to meet KPIs and support marketing strategy

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a social media, influencer, and/or brand ambassador management role
• Passion for social media and ability to identify new opportunities for strategy evolution
• Ability to capture and edit video for Reels/TikTok and produce assets individually on a deadline
• Experience managing influencer and creator relationships on behalf of a brand
• Ability to manage a high volume of emails and juggle multiple projects
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite
• Bachelor's degree, with Marketing or Communications preferred
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills including speaking, presenting, writing, and editing
• Comfortable being on-camera and executing TikTok trends
• Minimal travel required
