Job Description

About the Role

This position is responsible for leading the long-term brand and B2B marketing social media and campaign strategy through establishment and stewardship of the brand foundation, management of the long-term brand strategic plan, exploration of brand-based opportunities outside of current activities, and representation of the brand. The role involves creating and executing social media strategies, developing content, managing brand reputation, and supporting marketing campaigns to enhance brand value and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and execute thoughtful, creative, and comprehensive social media strategies that align with brand and business objectives.
  • Develop social media content, copy, creative, and messaging to increase brand value and engagement.
  • Manage and monitor brand reputation across various online properties including social media, Google, and review platforms.
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies across digital channels including advertising, blogs, and social media.
  • Perform research on trends and audience preferences and analyze the competitive landscape to provide strategic recommendations.
  • Lead project and editorial management for complex programs.
  • Support the representation of the brand and explore brand-based opportunities outside current activities.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience providing customer-driven solutions, support, or service.
  • Strong command of the design process and experience with service design methodologies or related disciplines.
  • Ability to formulate, articulate, and execute a design-led approach and influence decision-makers.
  • Experience presenting concepts and frameworks to senior leadership.
  • Strong visual communication and information design skills.
  • Proficiency with social media platforms including Facebook, LinkedIn, X, Instagram, YouTube, and Google Business/Search.
  • Ability to work independently or collaboratively in a flexible office/home environment.
  • Reside within a 50-mile radius of Madison, WI, or a 35-mile radius of Boston, MA.
