About the Role

Play a central role in shaping the visual storytelling across paid media, brand campaigns, and digital marketing efforts for Opry Entertainment Group (OEG). Concept, shoot, produce, and edit video content that supports advertising, promotional campaigns, social media, email, and website initiatives for iconic brands such as the Grand Ole Opry, Ryman Auditorium, Ole Red, ACL Live, Category 10, and other brands under the OEG umbrella.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the creation and delivery of high-impact video content across paid media, social platforms, websites, and email campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand standards.
  • Identify creative opportunities to enhance video performance and continuously optimize content to support marketing objectives and drive engagement within platform-specific requirements, including vertical video, static, and dynamic assets.
  • Collaborate with creative and cross-functional teams to develop video concepts and campaigns that build brand equity across diverse audiences and markets.
  • Use audience insights to inform storytelling approaches for both B2C and B2B initiatives.
  • Produce, shoot, and edit compelling video content, with a strong emphasis on authentic, organic, UGC-style visuals.
  • Stay current with editing trends, storytelling techniques, tools, and best practices to deliver creative and effective video assets.
  • Embrace innovation through emerging platforms, formats, and storytelling techniques to elevate brand expression.
  • Work closely with Marketing, Sales, and internal stakeholders to solve creative challenges and deliver video and multimedia content optimized for digital and physical platforms.
  • Tailor creative for various formats, including social media, web, email, in-venue screens, and more.
  • Manage a dynamic content calendar and deliver weekly video assets alongside supporting visuals, including digital content, audience reads, presentations, marquee animations, and other marketing collateral.
  • Create static and animated marketing assets as needed to support production design needs.
  • Manage freelance and agency support by providing clear direction and feedback, building strong vendor relationships, and ensuring all deliverables align with creative briefs, brand standards, budgets, and timelines.
  • Maintain and contribute to shared brand resources, including design templates, video libraries, brand guidelines, and asset management tools.
  • Embrace feedback and foster collaboration across teams to refine creative output and maximize impact across all paid and owned channels.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Degree with an emphasis in graphic design or a related field.
  • 4+ years of professional experience in video editing, content creation, or digital media production, ideally within a marketing, agency, or brand environment.
  • Demonstrated experience creating compelling, results-driven video content for paid media, social platforms, and digital marketing campaigns.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Experience with iWorks, Figma, Canva, CapCut, and Microsoft Office.
  • Familiar with Workfront, WordPress, HTML, Final Cut Pro, and motion design tools.
  • Strong communication skills to clearly convey creative decisions and incorporate feedback.
  • Ability to collaborate seamlessly with copywriters, designers, and marketers.
  • Proactive and independent work style while thriving in team environments.
  • High attention to detail in creative execution and asset management.
  • Experience managing production logistics, sourcing materials, and coordinating with vendors.
