About the Role

This role will be on site at our newly refurbished multi-million-dollar facility in Boise, Idaho. The company focuses on trust and safety by moderating social media content to ensure a positive online environment. The position involves managing and moderating online content to maintain community standards and contribute to a safer digital space.

Key Responsibilities

Review and moderate user-generated content to ensure it aligns with community guidelines.
Moderate traumatic, sensitive, and potentially offensive content with resilience.
Help maintain a positive and engaging online environment by removing inappropriate content.
Provide feedback to users and escalate issues when necessary.
Monitor trends and report on content moderation metrics.

Requirements

Over 18 years of age.
High School Graduate or GED or higher (proof required).
Ability to type 25 words per minute.
Comfortable navigating various online platforms and tools.
Strong emotional intelligence and resilience.
Sharp problem-solving skills.
Available to work various shifts.
This is an onsite position.

Nice to Have

Experience with Windows operating systems.
Masterful spelling, grammar, and reading skills.
Ability to handle sensitive content with discretion.
Team-oriented attitude.

Qualifications
