About the Role

Crooners Supper Club is hiring for a part-time Social Media Coordinator to assist with the social media strategy through design, creation, and marketing to promote Crooners Supper Club and other Mary T. programs as needed. This will be a hybrid position offering onsite and remote work with a flexible schedule. The role involves managing social media sites, designing graphics, supporting ad creation, and capturing photos and videos of club shows and events. The position aims to balance good times with a reverence for musicians and artists, creating a unique listening environment.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with the social media and management of social media sites for Crooners Supper Club
Design graphics for print, digital ads, social media posts, flyers, and show listings
Support the creation of social media listings
Assist with the design and creation of social media ads
Take quality photos and videos of club shows and events
Assist with ad implementation and improvement
Manage multiple projects, anticipate demands and communicate appropriately
Support future responsibilities with other lines of business (MTI)

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent
Minimum of one (1) experience as graphic designer
Strong attention to detail
Knowledge of current marketing strategies, trends, industry, and business developments
Ability to take direction from written or spoken ideas and convert them into images, layouts and other designs
Requires technical savvy
Knowledge of media production, communication and dissemination techniques and methods
Strong sense of layout design, page composition and typography
Ability to work within a tight budget and time constraints
Ability to communicate effectively, both verbal & written
