Social Media Coordinator

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in creating and scheduling content for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms
• Film and edit short-form video content using mobile apps (CapCut, InShot, Canva, etc.)
• Capture in-store content including merchandise, staff highlights, and behind-the-scenes moments
• Help monitor DMs, comments, and customer questions across platforms
• Work with our E-Commerce and Social Media Manager to support campaigns, promotions, and product launches
• Assist with organizing and executing influencer partnerships and giveaways
• Track basic performance metrics (views, likes, shares) to help refine content
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Passion for fashion and social media
• Photography and/or graphic design experience
• Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram Reels, and current digital trends
• Comfortable being behind (or occasionally in) the camera
• Creative eye for visuals, captions, and aesthetic
• Basic photo/video editing skills using mobile apps
• Positive, reliable, and self-motivated attitude
• Strong attention to detail and organization

Nice to Have

• Retail experience
• Experience working with influencers or user-generated content
