About the Role

Flighthouse Media is a multi-faceted new media company with a diverse portfolio that includes original content channels, a creative content studio, a full-service social agency, e-commerce services, and a large Instagram meme network. The company has established itself as a leader in influencer marketing and social media, working with top musicians, brands, and entertainment studios. The Social Media Coordinator role supports brand and entertainment clients and internal social campaigns, focusing on campaign organization, content publishing, community engagement, influencer activations, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain trackers, calendars, and asset links for campaigns
  • Assist the Account Manager in day-to-day client coordination and communications
  • Route creative for approval and track content deadlines across platforms
  • Help prep decks, call agendas, and recap notes
  • Schedule and publish content across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts
  • Monitor and moderate comments and DMs using brand-safe tone and guidelines
  • Identify and flag relevant trends, creator moments, or platform updates
  • Compile campaign and post-level reports
  • Track KPIs across views, engagement, and sentiment
  • Identify high-performing content and contribute ideas for creative iteration
  • Support with creator sourcing, outreach, and seeding efforts
  • Track influencer deliverables and product mailers
  • Organize assets and delivery timelines with talent
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in social, digital marketing, or influencer campaign coordination
  • Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram, and their respective analytics and publishing tools
  • Exceptional organizational skills and clear, professional communication
  • Comfortable using tools like Google Drive, Slack, and social scheduling platforms (e.g., Later, Sprout, or similar)
  • Interest in pop culture, internet trends, and the entertainment industry
  • Thrives in fast-paced, collaborative, and creative work environments

Nice to Have

  • Experience with social scheduling platforms like Later or Sprout
  • Knowledge of platform-specific analytics tools

Qualifications

  • Experience in social media, digital marketing, or influencer campaign coordination
