About the Role

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies that enhance our brand presence, engage our audience, and drive traffic to our digital platforms. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of digital marketing, excellent communication skills, and a passion for storytelling through various social media channels. This will involve visiting our teams in the field one time per week to create content with the various tasks around the various areas we work in metro Atlanta and the surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement across platforms.
Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, written) that aligns with our brand voice and marketing goals.
Monitor social media channels for trends, audience engagement, and feedback using social listening tools.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging across all marketing initiatives.
Utilize SEO best practices to optimize content for search engines and enhance visibility.
Conduct research on industry trends, competitor analysis, and audience preferences to inform strategy.
Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in digital marketing, social media trends, and emerging technologies.

Requirements

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for content creation is preferred.
Strong understanding of SEO principles and how they apply to social media content.
Experience in photography or videography is a plus for creating engaging visual content.
Solid research skills to stay informed about industry trends and audience insights.
Proven experience in digital marketing or related fields is highly desirable.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.

Benefits & Perks

Part-time position paying from $1,280.00 per month.
