About the Role

Washington Regional Medical System is a community-owned, locally governed, non-profit health care system located in Northwest Arkansas. Washington Regional employs over 3,400 team members and serves the region with a 425-bed medical center, over 50 clinic locations and five Centers of Excellence - the Washington Regional J.B. Key Responsibilities

  • Clearly and effectively articulate Washington Regional's mission, purpose and strategy via our social media platforms
  • Plan, create and publish engaging, creative, and informative content customized to each platform's audience including copy, images, and reels or videos on a daily basis to promote brand awareness and key service lines, drive engagement, and to grow our audience
  • Review and edit content calendars submitted by clinics and other facilities to ensure content aligns with marketing objectives and Washington Regional brand standards
  • Monitor social media accounts and respond to comments, questions and messages in a timely and appropriate manner in accordance with the marketing department's moderation procedures and patient privacy guidelines
  • Report and analyze appropriate social media metrics and insights to drive and refine future content
  • Seek out additional platforms to expand Washington Regional's social media presence
  • Continuously research and refine social media best practices and implement new social media trends and features
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or related field, required
  • Licensure and Certifications: Valid driver's license and auto liability insurance, required
  • Experience: Minimum three years' experience creating and implementing content on social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and Twitter
  • Previous experience in health care, preferred

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or related field
