About the Role

Stacey James Institute is a premier beauty school with campuses in Parker and Littleton, Colorado. We're passionate about helping students achieve their career goals in cosmetology, esthetics, and barbering—and we want to showcase that journey to the world! We're looking for a creative, organized, and self-motivated Social Media Marketing Specialist to help capture and share the vibrant culture of our schools.

Key Responsibilities

Create, post, and manage engaging daily content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other channels
Film and edit videos at graduations, events, and student activities
Capture authentic student and staff experiences to highlight our culture
Organize and maintain a content calendar
Write captions and maintain a consistent brand voice
Stay on top of social media trends to keep our content fresh and relevant
Track and analyze engagement metrics to help grow our reach

Requirements

Experience managing social media accounts (business, brand, or personal project)
Strong video shooting and editing skills (mobile or professional equipment)
Creative eye for trends and storytelling
Comfort interacting with students and staff on camera and behind the lens
Organized, reliable, and self-motivated

Nice to Have

Experience in the beauty, fashion, or education industry
Graphic design/Canva skills
Photography portfolio
