About the Role

Come join the Flex Seal Social Media Team! We are looking for a creative, quick-thinking Social Media Pro, to craft engaging content, spark conversations, and keep Flex Seal at the center of the online buzz. The Social Media Specialist owns the end-to-end content calendar for both U.S. and International markets, developing and adapting organic social media content across platforms to resonate with diverse audiences. This role involves managing visual and copy asset creation, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring timely publishing and performance tracking, all within a collaborative and execution-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

Build, maintain, and present monthly organic social media calendars for U.S. and international markets, localizing themes and messaging per region under strategic oversight from the Social Media Lead.
Collaborate with Creative, Community, Ecommerce, and PR teams to align social content with campaigns, product launches, seasonal moments, and events, integrating UGC, community feedback, and insights into future content.
Craft social media copy in both English and Spanish, ensuring brand voice consistency across markets and supporting translation efforts using tools like HeyGen.
Schedule and publish all created content on social media platforms using backend tools such as Sprout, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
Develop and edit visual assets and short-form videos using tools such as CapCut or Edits.
Ensure all social media profiles, including bios, links, banners, pinned posts, profile visuals, and Instagram highlights, are regularly updated and aligned with brand standards.
Monitor and analyze social media content performance, deliver monthly reports with actionable insights, and identify top-performing posts for future calendars.
Stay current with platform updates and cultural trends, strategically integrating relevant trends into content to maximize engagement.
Shoot and produce social media content during events, collaborating closely with the XM team.
Assist the Social Team Lead with sourcing potential influence partners, gathering creator details, and organizing content for review.

Requirements

English and Spanish writing and editing skills.
Experience with CapCut, HeyGen, Sprout Social, and Meta Business Suite or similar platforms.
Solid understanding of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, and Pinterest.
Strong attention to detail and creative sensibility.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Comfortable receiving feedback and collaborating cross-functionally.
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
2-3 years' experience in social media content creation and calendar ownership.
Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish required.
International content experience is a plus.
