About the Role

The Social Media Specialist (Flexible Part-Time) at Destination Athlete is responsible for supporting social media projects and strategies within a fast-growing NJ-based company that focuses on providing products and services for athletes. The role involves working closely with the Marketing team to develop and implement social media tactics, with an emphasis on personalized customer service and embodying the company's values of PRIDE. The position is on-site in Lebanon, New Jersey, with potential for remote work, and hours may vary seasonally and based on project needs.

Key Responsibilities

Working with the Marketing team on various social media projects
Assist in creating new social media strategies and ideas
Implement procedures and tactics developed by the Marketing team

Requirements

Experience in project management and follow-through is a must
High-level of accuracy and attention to detail is a must
Excellent communication skills
Strong interest in working with the Destination Athlete team to help athletes reach their personal goals
Ability to problem solve, be resourceful, work with integrity, be decisive and enthusiastic

Nice to Have

Sports acumen is a plus
