About the Role

Are you passionate about social media, digital engagement, and driving revenue? We're looking for a Social Platform Specialist (Sales) to help us grow our presence across major platforms while directly contributing to sales growth. In this role, you'll be the bridge between our digital strategies and our revenue goals—managing social platforms and leveraging them as powerful sales tools.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build, manage, and optimize our presence on platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X (Twitter), and TikTok.
  • Identify and engage with potential customers and partners through social channels to generate qualified leads.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to create compelling, on-brand campaigns that drive inquiries and conversions.
  • Monitor social trends, competitor activity, and platform changes to adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Use analytics tools to track engagement, conversions, and sales KPIs tied to social activity.
  • Support the development of ad campaigns (organic and paid) aimed at brand awareness and lead generation.
  • Craft persuasive messaging tailored to each audience segment to improve click-through and response rates.
  • Actively respond to comments, DMs, and mentions with a mix of brand voice and sales acumen.

Requirements

  • 2+ years experience in social media management or digital sales; a hybrid background in both is ideal.
  • Proven track record of generating leads or sales through social media platforms.
  • Strong written communication skills with a knack for engaging content creation.
  • Experience using platforms like Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and adjust strategy for improved ROI.
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in B2B or tech sales via social selling strategies.
  • Graphic design or video editing tools (Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite).
  • Familiarity with CRMs such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho.

Qualifications

  • Experience in social media management or digital sales (2+ years)
