We're looking for a Software Developer who's ready to dive into a mix of custom-built and off-the-shelf systems that keep our business running smoothly. You'll work closely with experienced developers, solve real-world problems, and help bring new ideas to life. Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with senior developers to design and implement technical solutions that meet business needs.
Manage user requests, troubleshoot system issues, and ensure timely resolution with a sense of urgency.
Support and enhance a variety of business applications, including those related to manufacturing, inventory, and reporting.
Create and maintain technical documentation, conduct testing, and provide user training as needed.
Stay current with industry trends and contribute to improving development standards and practices.

Requirements

1-4 years of experience in large-scale software development projects.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Familiarity with SDLC, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work cross-functionally.
Experience with technical documentation and user training.
Customer-focused with a proactive, positive work ethic.
Manufacturing systems experience is a plus.
