As a Software QA Test Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our situational awareness solutions. Collaborating closely with developers and product teams, you will design and execute comprehensive test plans for enterprise-level applications that convert raw data into actionable insights. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will help validate intuitive, high-performance user interfaces that serve a diverse user base.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and engage in all phases of testing, including requirements analysis, test planning, test case design, test execution, defect reporting, and regression testing.
Develop and maintain detailed test plans and cases based on user stories, specifications, and designs within an Agile framework.
Perform manual and automated test runs, analyze results, and report defects with clear reproduction steps.
Partner with developers, product owners, and stakeholders to clarify requirements and resolve issues promptly.
Drive continuous enhancement of QA processes, tools, and methodologies.
Actively contribute to sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.

Requirements

Experience in leading and executing all phases of testing, including test planning, execution, and defect reporting.
Ability to develop detailed test plans and test cases based on specifications and user stories.
Proficiency in manual and automated testing techniques.
Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with developers, product owners, and stakeholders.
Experience with Agile development processes.
