About the Role

Timmons Group is seeking an experienced Southeast Marketing Manager to join our Raleigh, NC office. This high-impact role involves leading marketing efforts across seven offices in North Carolina and South Carolina, working closely with a dynamic team of professionals passionate about winning. The role reports to the Chief Marketing Officer and focuses on regional marketing strategy, proposal development, client engagement, storytelling, and brand presence across the Southeast.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the proposal process, including go/no-go decisions and quality control.
Develop and implement regional marketing plans aligned with firmwide goals.
Facilitate marketing meetings and ensure consistent communication across offices.
Track leads and opportunities, providing regular updates to leadership.
Mentor and manage marketing staff, fostering professional growth and collaboration.
Build strong relationships with technical teams and firm leadership.
Lead the development of complex RFP responses and interview presentations.
Continuously improve marketing processes and storytelling strategies.

Requirements

7+ years of experience in AEC marketing or a related field.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.
Deep understanding of the AEC industry's marketing lifecycle.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, and Deltek (with the ability to train others).
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and teams with minimal oversight.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Active involvement in the AEC community with established industry relationships.
