The NF Integrated Digital Services team is seeking a self-motivated, detail-oriented Data Solutions Analyst with advanced SQL skills to support our eB2B systems. This role involves designing, developing, and optimizing data solutions that support electronic order entry systems, DTCC feed transmission, and file transfer systems, collaborating closely with developers, testers, and business partners to ensure data integrity, performance, and scalability across platforms. Key Responsibilities

Elicit reporting and analytic requirements from business and technology requestors to generate visualization or analysis.
Support implementation of data requirements and practices for an assigned area.
Apply secure software and systems engineering practices throughout the delivery lifecycle to ensure data and technology solutions are protected from threats and vulnerabilities.
Create and execute standard visualization techniques under supervision.
Use visualization and analysis techniques to present findings of data exploration exercises to stakeholders based on requirements.
Map the flow of data and the business processes and/or technical interfaces which would be created or impacted and recommend solutions or adaptations.
Collaborate with others to implement standardized data reporting, analytics, and visualization tools.
Work on profiling, mapping, and modeling tools.
Partner with others on projects requiring data visualization, with guidance.

Requirements

Two to five years of relevant experience with data management, organization, analytics, or practices.
Experience with data visualization tools, reporting, and self-service analytic techniques.
Experience in application of data acquisition and data wrangling.
Good oral and written communication skills.
Undergraduate studies in computer science, management information systems, business, statistics, math, or a related field or comparable experience and education.
Advanced SQL skills.

Nice to Have

Graduate studies in business, statistics, math, computer science or a related field.
Certifications related to data or analytics are encouraged.
Insurance or financial services industry knowledge.

Qualifications

Educational background in computer science, management information systems, business, statistics, math, or related fields.
Experience with data visualization tools and reporting techniques.
