About the Role

The Specialist, Go-To-Market will support the North America Sales Growth Strategy team in developing and leading effective sales initiatives through project management, and the execution of sales strategies aimed at the Daily Method of Operations for Distributors. This position requires ability to travel up to 25%. The role involves developing sales and marketing plans, collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing sales data, and participating in regional events to enhance distributor recruitment, retention, and lifetime value within the Herbalife organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop an expert understanding of the Herbalife Sales & Marketing Plan.
  • Develop and design presentations for sales leaders.
  • Collaborate with Sr. Director, Sales Growth Strategy and Manager to develop and refine sales strategies targeting the Daily Method of Operations for the Distributor segment.
  • Develop cross-functional projects related to sales growth initiatives, ensuring timely, within scope, and within budget completion while achieving desired outcomes.
  • Partner with Worldwide team and North America regional stakeholders to execute sales and marketing initiatives and strategies.
  • Collaborate with Distributor Marketing Team on integrated marketing and sales campaigns, leveraging insights for effective messaging.
  • Analyze sales data and Distributor insights to inform strategy development and project prioritization.
  • Track and report on the performance of sales growth initiatives, adjusting strategies as necessary.
  • Research industry and competitor trends.
  • Participate in local and regional events when needed.

Requirements

  • 5 years of relevant work experience in developing, implementing, managing, and measuring marketing campaigns for a nutrition, health, fitness, or wellness company or Fortune 500 brand.
  • 3 years' experience leading projects or teams.
  • Demonstrated experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales growth programs.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent time management skills.
  • Advanced skills with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Self-starter with strong organization, collaboration, and execution skills.
  • Analytical thinker who can use data, market analysis, and customer insights to drive sales and recruitment.
  • Understanding of sales and marketing metrics, KPIs, and measurement.
  • Strong oral, written, and communication skills, comfortable presenting to large groups online and in person.
  • Ability to travel up to 25%.
  • Required Spanish language proficiency.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, communications, marketing, or relevant field of experience.
