About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Work with the Marketing Director, South Region, to execute integrated marketing for the local markets across the South, balancing the global marketing plan with local plans for events, advertising, and pursuit plans.
• Develop relationships with key stakeholders in their markets including the business development team, operations, and human resources.
• Execute local go-to-market marketing plans tied to pursuit plans for the markets, leading local execution and briefing the lead generation team for growth marketing campaigns including email campaigns and digital advertising.
• Manage event planning and webinars for the South from kick-off through to execution, including planning sessions, securing panelists, briefing the growth marketing team, developing the post-event plan, and providing tools for pursuit outreach.
• Assist with tradeshows and expos, including identifying opportunities and ordering collateral and branded items.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and delivery of promotion items for the South Region.
• Develop a local sponsorship program in partnership with the Director of Marketing to secure local industry sponsorships and events to drive brand awareness.
• Book local advertising and manage the local advertising plan; brief the creative and content team for development of advertising supporting the local marketing plan.
• Execute local associate referral programs and promotions to drive referrals, including briefing collateral for internal promotion, and execute online reputation programs to enhance online reviews.
• Lead the process to secure local photography and content from markets for global social media accounts; identify PR-worthy stories and coordinate subject matter experts for PR opportunities.
• Work with the Director of Marketing to develop briefs supporting the local go-to-market plan.
• Assist in managing the local marketing budgets through invoice submissions and tracking.

• 3+ years of marketing experience.
