Key Responsibilities

  • Support marketing, SDR, and sales teams to ensure the accuracy and success of the demand organization throughout the entire campaign lifecycle.
  • Assist with campaign planning, asset creation (emails and landing pages), smart campaign/trigger activation, data imports, and post-activity follow-ups.
  • Work hands-on with Marketing Automation Platform (Marketo) and CRM (Salesforce) to support campaign execution and reporting.
  • Ensure priority leads are accurately logged and routed to the appropriate sales team members.
  • Become a trusted advisor to global marketing teams by providing campaign guidance and support.
  • Track leads from initial program to Salesforce and pipeline, managing end-to-end demand flows from multiple channels.
  • Analyze campaign and flow data in Marketo/Salesforce and recommend optimization solutions.
  • Contribute to marketing conversion rates and pipeline generation.
  • Manage day-to-day intake of highly converting inbound leads to ensure accurate logging within SLA.
  • Suggest system or process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Contribute to marketing operations visibility through ticketing systems and status updates.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in a marketing operations role supporting cross-functional marketing teams across multiple campaign types.
  • Hands-on experience using Marketo and Salesforce, with a solid understanding of their integration for lead flow and campaign performance tracking.
  • Ability to execute campaigns in Marketo, including asset creation and email templates, with basic proficiency in HTML/CSS.
  • Experience working with integrations between Marketo and third-party platforms (e.g., webinar tools like Zoom, ON24).
  • Comfortable owning campaign setup from brief to execution, including audience segmentation, QA, testing, and scheduling.
  • Skilled at working with large data sets, including data preparation, deduplication, enrichment, and uploads.
  • Strong understanding of core marketing and sales processes in B2B environments, including lead lifecycle, funnel stages, attribution, lead scoring, nurturing workflows, and campaign influence reporting.
  • Knowledge of data governance practices such as database hygiene, GDPR compliance, and opt-in/out management.
  • Familiarity with ticketing/project management systems (e.g., Jira, Monday.com).
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to translate marketing goals into operational workflows.
  • Analytical, proactive, detail-oriented, with strong issue resolution and project management skills.
