About the Role

OMG23 is the Omnicom Media Group agency dedicated to Walt Disney Studios, Disney+ and Disney's multiple television networks. At OMG23, we have the privilege of partnering with Disney on the planning, buying and implementation of its integrated ad campaigns for some of the entertainment industry's most iconic brands. Our Walt Disney Studios team works on titles that include a wide variety of blockbuster films distributed under the Walt Disney Studios, Marvel Studios, Lucasfilm, Pixar Animation Studios, Walt Disney Animation Studios, 20th Century, and Searchlight banners. Our Disney Entertainment TV teams work on tune in and streaming for networks including ABC, ABC News, Disney Channels, Freeform, National Geographic and FX. We live movies and TV. Key Responsibilities

  • Execute paid media campaigns on Google Search, Bing, and YouTube
  • Plan, manage, and report on paid campaigns
  • Include account setup, strategy development, organization, and management
  • Work within a team to ensure campaign tactics ladder up to campaign strategic pillars
  • Oversee ongoing optimization efforts to meet or exceed campaign objectives
  • Daily management of campaign budgets, on-site conversion actions, bid management, negative keyword strategies, website and category exclusions, ad creative, and landing page revisions based on performance history and the client's objectives
  • Report and analyze on key performance indicators and identify opportunities for improvement on a regular basis
  • Proficiency with reporting, analytics, and trend tools (i.e., Doubleclick Search, Google Trends, etc.)
  • Forecast and track paid search demand and regularly communicate findings to the client

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree - Marketing Degree, Business Degree desired
  • At least 1-2 years of work experience planning, executing, and optimizing paid search and YouTube marketing campaigns for larger brands, preferably in the Entertainment industry
  • Basic understanding of online marketing including paid search and YouTube
  • Strong work ethic, time management skills, and ability to multi-task
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Ability to articulate and communicate clearly in internal and client-facing meetings
  • Self-starter with the ability to be agile and adaptable within a quick turnaround business environment
  • Analytical mindset with proactive problem solving and critical thinking skills
  • Strong presentation skills and ability to convey complex ideas clearly and concisely
  • Proven team player and works well under pressure
  • Strong Excel skills

  • Experience in the entertainment industry
  • Experience with reporting, analytics, and trend tools

Qualifications
