The role is a part-time internship designed for early career talent, offering exposure to industry projects, professional development, and opportunities to showcase contributions to SharkNinja leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Design digital assets for recruitment marketing including LinkedIn banners, Zoom backgrounds, social cards, and employee referral flyers.
Develop engaging content for channels such as LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, Careers Website, and Emails, experimenting with new formats to tell employee stories and promote SharkNinja as an employer of choice.
Provide campaign and social media reporting to measure the effectiveness of employer brand efforts.
Support employee photoshoots by helping to prepare and execute them.
Serve as a brand ambassador onsite in Needham by attending events, taking photos, and promoting employer brand initiatives.

Requirements

Current student in a bachelor's program.
Able to work 10 to 16 hours per week with at least one 5-hour day in Needham, MA.
Studies related to Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, PR, Advertising, English, Art History, or related fields.
Desire to work in Marketing or Human Resources preferred.
Previous relevant internship or work experience in communications or marketing is a plus.
Working knowledge of Google Analytics, paid media, and social media platforms (LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook).
Proficient in Canva for creating social media content and printable items.
Strong storytelling, writing, and verbal communication skills.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Well organized, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines.
Team player with eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have

Demonstrated academic leadership or involvement in extracurricular activities.

Qualifications

Current enrollment in a bachelor's degree program.
