Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain data sources according to established policies and procedures.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity by performing regular audits and validation processes.
Develop and implement data management strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness of data collection and reporting processes.
Provide technical expertise and guidance to end users on data-related queries and issues.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation to enhance data management efficiency.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; OR equivalent experience/training.
Minimum 2 years' experience in data management, preferably in a healthcare or other highly regulated industry.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; OR equivalent experience/training.
