About the Role

The Sr. Communications Strategist at Boston Scientific is responsible for developing engaging content for the U.S. Selling organization within the Cardiology Group (CG). The role involves creating and implementing internal communication strategies that support business objectives and enhance CG brand leadership. The position requires working closely with sales leadership and internal/external partners to shape communication initiatives, foster leadership alignment, and promote a positive, open environment. Key Responsibilities

  • Works with executive leaders to build & execute a comprehensive communication/brand strategy to support business priorities, specifically focused on weekly communication summaries.
  • Develops strategies to enhance revenue growth by focusing leadership on top Cardiology collaboration initiatives.
  • Facilitates leadership alignment through the development of enhanced All Field Calls, creating content in a fresh and elevated format.
  • Identifies areas to recognize top performers in the U.S. Selling organization and includes them in communication channels.
  • Develops clean & professional PowerPoint presentations.
  • Exhibits professional maturity and helps foster an open, challenging, stimulating, and positive environment that enables colleagues to be their best.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum of 7 years of related experience in Consulting, Marketing, Strategy, and/or Sales Operations.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills to earn and maintain the respect of senior leaders, to respectfully disagree with senior leaders, and/or generate buy-in.
  • Creative marketing and communication mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with ability to create clear and compelling presentations.
  • Demonstrated experience executing brand strategies for leadership.
  • Ability to collaborate and work with others in a dynamic, matrix environment.
  • Ability to travel 20% as needed.

Nice to Have

  • Master's degree
  • PR or Communications Experience
  • Medical device or healthcare experience

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (minimum requirement).
  • Master's degree (preferred).
