The Energy & Utilities Consulting group is seeking a Senior Consulting Manager with ADMS experience to join their team, working on design, implementation, and maintenance of Distribution Management Systems (DMS) within the energy and utility industry.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement the DMS architecture to meet business requirements.
Configure and customize the DMS to ensure optimal performance and user experience.
Integrate the DMS with other enterprise systems such as SCADA, OMS, and GIS.
Monitor the performance of the DMS and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
Provide technical support to end-users and resolve system-related problems.
Perform regular system updates and maintenance to keep the DMS secure and up-to-date.
Oversee data migration, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
Implement data quality controls and monitoring mechanisms.
Ensure compliance with data governance policies and procedures.
Lead teams and communicate effectively with senior leadership.

Requirements

Over 16+ years of consulting experience in the Energy & Utility industry.
Proven work experience as a DMS System Engineer.
Experience in system design, implementation, and maintenance of DMS.
Knowledge of integrating DMS with SCADA, OMS, and GIS systems.
Ability to lead teams and communicate with senior leadership.
Extensive experience in the Energy & Utilities industry.
Bachelor's degree required; MBA or Master's degree strongly preferred.
Must be legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.

Nice to Have

Experience with ADMS (Advanced Distribution Management Systems).
