The Senior Manager of Customer Shopper Marketing will serve as a strategic link between national brand initiatives and localized customer marketing efforts across the residential flooring portfolio, primarily within the West Region, focusing on digital marketing, ROI measurement, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Works with independent retail and local builder partners to create consumer experiences in-store and online, driving sales and brand desirability.
  • Responsible for executing the strategy across all Shaw brands and customer groups, with the main KPI being the achievement of the brand's financial targets within the West geography.
  • Delivers consistent brand experiences to key independent retail customers and their consumers through strategic co-marketing plans, advertising, digital marketing, and online content aligned with sales goals and annual plans.
  • Develops and executes customer annual co-marketing plans and supporting creative, including detailed budgets aligned with sales and advertising plans focused on digital tactics.
  • Measures and evaluates ROI through sales and promotion effectiveness, reporting results quarterly with a focus on ROAS for digital media.
  • Manages co-op/BDF funds with customers to ensure effective utilization.
  • Continuously optimizes the online consumer experience via trade partner websites, including content management, product demos, reviews management, and digital campaigns.
  • Establishes regular meetings with key customers' marketing departments to plan, measure, and improve marketing efforts.
  • Supports product launches across brands by leveraging brand content and coordinating with sales, digital, and training teams.
  • Travel within the U.S. is required, primarily within the West region and to headquarters in Dalton, GA.

Requirements

  • Degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Management, or a related field with 5+ years of experience in brand management, marketing, customer/channel/trade marketing, sales, or channel management.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Strong budget management and analytical skills.
  • Action-oriented and responsive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing content, platforms, and measurement.

Nice to Have

  • Experience working directly with sales and customers to create and execute marketing plans, especially with independent retailers.
  • Experience in the home renovation space with retail or manufacturing.
