Key Responsibilities

  • Become Adobe's authority on creator-video workflows, pain points, and AI-driven trends; translate insights into strategy and road-map requirements.
  • Frame business cases, positioning, and packaging for new video capabilities; guide cross-functional teams to ship the right product, the right way.
  • Build data-backed strategies to acquire net-new creators, drive activation, boost engagement, and expand revenue potential; partner with cross-functional teams to bring the vision to life.
  • Recruit, develop, and inspire a team of senior and group PMMs; instill operating rigor, creative excellence, and a bias for action.
  • Champion Adobe's vision for video creation with executives, press, partners, and our community.

Requirements

  • 15+ years in product marketing, growth, or related roles or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8+ years leading high-performing teams.
  • Proven success in consumer or creator technology sector.
  • BS in Marketing, Business, or related field or equivalent practical experience.
  • Expertise in customer understanding, research planning, and asking the right questions.
  • Ability to discern meaningful insights from noise and shape strategy.
  • Comfort with data analysis and creative reviews, crafting persuasive narratives.
  • Ability to align senior stakeholders, secure resources, and drive execution in complex organizations.
  • Set pace, clear roadblocks, and ship with urgency.
  • Build high-performing teams, mentor leaders, and foster a growth culture.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and drive customer-delighting innovation.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with AI-driven content creation and storytelling.
  • Familiarity with video workflows and creator tools.
  • Experience working in a highly matrixed organization.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

  • Competitive salary range of $167,900 -- $366,700 annually, depending on location and experience.
  • Potential eligibility for long-term incentives such as equity awards.
