We are seeking a data-driven, strategically sharp Sr. Director, Brand Management to oversee marketing performance of a subset of our portfolio brands, combining leadership in marketing strategy, brand innovation, performance analysis, and business ownership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead campaign analysis and brand diagnostics in collaboration with the Media, Insights and Analytics functions, translating results into action plans, channel strategies, and investment shifts.
  • Own brand KPIs and reporting cadence, ensuring clarity around what is working, what is not, and future directions.
  • Define the brand's marketing strategy, align spend to goals, and manage dynamic budget allocation across channels in collaboration with the Portfolio Strategy team.
  • Serve as the voice of the brand inside the organization, ensuring plans reflect consumer needs, competitive dynamics, and commercial priorities from Sales.
  • Develop strategic briefs, shape messaging and positioning, and collaborate with creative partners to produce bold, relevant campaigns.
  • Ensure every campaign is rooted in insight, rigorously measured, and powerfully executed.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in brand or marketing leadership roles with a strong performance focus.
  • Expertise in campaign analytics, brand tracking, and interpreting marketing KPIs such as ROAS, CAC, LTV, brand equity, and media efficiency.
  • Experience setting and adjusting strategy based on real-time performance data.
  • Strong business acumen and budget ownership experience across multi-channel media.
  • Proven ability to lead agile, cross-functional marketing teams and manage multiple initiatives at speed.
  • Experience partnering with sales or commercial teams to align marketing with business drivers.
  • Strong creative instincts with a track record of turning strategy into standout campaigns.
  • Clear communication skills and confidence in presenting to senior executives.
  • Ability to adhere to a hybrid schedule with at least 3 in-office days (Tues-Thurs).

  • Experience working within or understanding Verizon's value brands and portfolio.
  • Familiarity with the wireless industry and consumer telecommunications market.
  • Experience managing large-scale, multi-channel marketing budgets.
