Key Responsibilities

  • Drive Peacock's brand strategy across the company, ensuring alignment with long-term vision and positioning.
  • Lead end-to-end brand strategy integration into partnership marketing opportunities, including device launches, distribution deals, and campaigns.
  • Socialize and champion brand strategy within product-focused work streams and working groups, such as features, engagement, and scale initiatives.
  • Set and align brand strategy for offers, product marketing, pricing updates, and B2B business overviews.
  • Partner with stakeholders across Marketing, Product, Distribution, Programming, and Decision Sciences to align brand positioning in UX and editorial moments.
  • Develop presentation materials supporting brand strategy, including briefs, executive reviews, and partner updates.
  • Work with consumer insights to inform strategies and measure brand equity.
  • Serve as a leader and mentor for junior strategists, fostering growth, collaboration, and excellence.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in marketing strategy, brand management, partnerships, or related field.
  • Understanding of the role of brand in entertainment, including audience perception, cultural relevance, engagement, and loyalty.
  • Experience leading marketing strategies that align partner objectives with brand goals to drive mutual value.
  • Ability to develop and execute complex, integrated strategies and communicate them effectively across stakeholders.
  • Strong executive communication skills with the ability to craft persuasive narratives.
  • Experience leading teams and enterprise-wide initiatives.
  • Passion for the evolving media landscape and curiosity about future content and technology.
