Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a category evangelist, shaping and amplifying Nexthink's role as the DEX leader to analysts, press, partners, and executive audiences.
  • Build persona-based narratives that resonate from IT ops to the CIO suite, connecting emotional hooks to business-critical outcomes.
  • Craft positioning that differentiates Nexthink and elevates our entire portfolio in a fast-evolving market.
  • Translate technical features into compelling, human stories that make customers and executives lean in.
  • Deliver presentations that earn the trust and attention of senior IT leaders and C-level audiences.
  • Represent Nexthink on stage and in market conversations as a thought leader in the future of Digital Employee Experience.
  • Own GTM strategy for major launches and cross-sell initiatives, aligning tightly with Product, Sales, and Growth Marketing.
  • Drive competitive positioning, pricing narratives, and value frameworks that accelerate adoption and revenue.
  • Operate with urgency, ensuring our messaging keeps pace with the velocity of our engineering and product teams.
  • Lead creation of high-impact content - solution briefs, ROI stories, executive decks, and customer case studies.
  • Partner with Sales Enablement to arm field teams with the tools and messaging they need to win CIOs and IT leaders.
  • Stay ahead of trends and competitive shifts to continuously evolve our category narrative.
  • Conduct persona research, customer interviews, and win/loss analysis to refine positioning and GTM strategy.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of Product Marketing experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise software (Senior Director level for 10+).
  • Proven ability to craft compelling, persona-based storytelling that connects technical solutions to executive priorities.
  • Track record of elevating positioning and messaging to win the ear of CIOs and senior IT executives.
  • Experience serving as a category evangelist, driving thought leadership in a fast-growing market.
  • Expertise in GTM strategy, competitive positioning, and launch execution.
  • Experience operating at the speed of agile product and engineering teams.
  • Executive presence and presentation skills; comfortable representing the company at major events.
  • Background in IT, digital experience, or infrastructure software (VDI, endpoint management, EUC) a plus.
