Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead the go-to-market strategy for new products and feature launches, including market segmentation, competitive analysis, and crafting product positioning and messaging.
  • Oversee the end-to-end execution of product marketing campaigns, ensuring the creation of compelling content and experiences to drive awareness, engagement, and adoption.
  • Establish the product marketing vision and strategy, managing the team's execution of all related programs and overseeing project assignments and task delegation.
  • Serve as the go-to product expert for the sales organization by creating high-impact sales collateral, conducting training sessions, and providing ongoing support.
  • Stay on top of market trends, monitor competitor activities, and gather customer insights to inform product strategy and messaging.
  • Partner with product and customer success teams to identify opportunities for improving product adoption and retention, and actively seek testimonials and customer feedback for marketing use.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in product marketing, with at least 3 years in a senior or leadership role.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS marketing is required.
  • Experience in performance marketing, affiliate marketing, or related fields is a strong plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to create and execute detailed go-to-market plans, including positioning, pricing, and packaging.
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven leadership in managing cross-functional teams and projects from conception to completion.
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills to leverage data and customer feedback for strategic decisions.
  • Ability to work independently as a proactive self-starter in a contract role.

  • Experience in performance marketing, affiliate marketing, or related fields.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor of the Arts (BA), Bachelor of Science (BS), or equivalent degree
