The opportunity involves leading product marketing for Creative Cloud's desktop products, including defining strategies, building go-to-market plans, and collaborating across teams to drive growth for flagship digital imaging products like Photoshop and Lightroom.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define the long-term and annual business strategy to drive growth of our flagship image editing desktop apps.
  • Establish priority business goals and build the annual go-to-market and product plans in collaboration with key partners to achieve those goals.
  • Lead a team to build GTM and marketing plans by deeply understanding market dynamics, customer needs, industry trends, and the competitive landscape.
  • Partner cross-functionally to ensure product and GTM decisions align with business priorities and collaborate to determine shifts throughout the year.
  • Conduct TAM, market share, and competitive assessments.
  • Define target audience priorities and customer needs.
  • Identify growth levers across product, GTM, geographies, and partnerships.
  • Develop pricing and packaging strategies.
  • Create marketing strategies, value propositions, and messaging.
  • Design distribution strategies including partnerships and ecosystem engagement.
  • Act as a change agent, guiding teams forward in a rapidly evolving environment.

Requirements

  • Strategic product marketing experience with desktop consumer or productivity software products.
  • Passion for creative products and the creative industry.
  • Deep understanding of professional design or photography communities, market trends, and the competitive landscape.
  • GM mentality and an 'owner-operator' working style.
  • Proven success influencing peers across product management, engineering, marketing, and regional leaders in a high matrixed and global organization environment.
  • Strong executive presence and excellent communication skills.
  • Strategic problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and set short- and long-term priorities.
  • A drive to constantly optimize and improve, with a relentless focus on customer experience.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in the digital imaging or creative software industry.
  • Experience working in a global organization with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

  • Experience in product marketing for desktop software products.
  • Understanding of professional design or photography communities.

Benefits & Perks

  • Competitive salary range from $175,000 to $365,900 annually, depending on location and experience.
  • Potential eligibility for long-term incentives such as equity awards.
  • Additional incentives may include sales commissions or annual incentive plans depending on role.
