About the Role

The Sales and Marketing Technology Senior Director at McKesson is responsible for leading the strategy, implementation, and optimization of sales and marketing technology solutions to drive revenue growth and efficiency. This role requires deep expertise in CRM platforms, sales automation tools, data analytics, and AI-driven sales enablement. The Senior Director will collaborate with sales, marketing, IT, and other cross-functional teams to enhance sales processes and ensure the effective use of technology to improve performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales and marketing technology strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Own the sales and marketing technology roadmap, ensuring seamless integration and scalability.
  • Evaluate and implement emerging technologies, including AI and automation, to optimize sales operations.
  • Oversee the administration, customization, and enhancement of CRM systems.
  • Manage and optimize sales and marketing enablement tools and analytics platforms.
  • Ensure seamless data integration between sales, marketing, and customer success platforms.
  • Identify inefficiencies in sales processes and implement automation to enhance productivity.
  • Work with business product owners and sales leaders to streamline workflows and improve data integrity.
  • Ensure sales and marketing teams are equipped with the right tools to accelerate deal cycles.
  • Serve as a bridge between sales, marketing, business product owners, central IT, and finance to align technology investments with business needs.
  • Play a critical role in driving user adoption of sales and marketing tools through training, support, and best practices.
  • Communicate key technology updates and insights to executive leadership.

Requirements

  • Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Typically requires 13+ years of professional experience and 6+ years of diversified leadership, planning, communication, organization, and people motivation skills.
  • Expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce), Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud sales and marketing enablement tools, and analytics software.
  • Proven experience leading teams and managing cross-functional projects.
  • Ability to align technology investments with business growth objectives.
  • Strong data-driven decision-making capabilities.
  • Candidate must be authorized to work in the U.S, now or in the future, without support from McKesson.
