About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and interpret e-commerce data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Manage tactical execution of promotional plans with marketing team alignment, agency input, and collaborate with customers to optimize builds. Post performance analysis.
• Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of online sales and marketing campaigns.
• Create detailed reports and dashboards to present findings and recommendations to senior management. Conduct monthly sales reporting and business reviews for key accounts.
• Analyze customer behavior and feedback to enhance the online shopping experience.
• Conduct competitive analysis and market research to inform e-commerce strategies.
• Support the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, and online advertising.
• Collaborate with the web development team to optimize website performance, usability, and conversion rates.
• Work with sales, marketing, IT, and customer service teams to align e-commerce initiatives with business goals.
• Assist in the implementation of new e-commerce projects and initiatives.

• Proficiency in e-commerce platforms (e.g., Instacart, DoorDash, eB2B), analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), and digital marketing software.
• Relevant certifications in digital marketing or e-commerce are a plus.
• Experience in the food and beverage industry or a similar consumer goods sector is a plus.
