Key Responsibilities

  • Execute direct marketing strategies in collaboration with brand marketing organizations
  • Create and execute personalized marketing campaigns and orchestration of marketing channels
  • Support digital growth through increase in performance marketing spend and optimization of the platform
  • Implement digital customer acquisition strategies and measurement across brands
  • Build cross functional partnerships and consensus
  • Influence strategy for area/team

Requirements

  • Exceptional problem solving and analytical skills; must have strong Excel skills with the ability to use pivot tables, filters, build charts, and create ad hoc models
  • Preferred knowledge of other reporting, data, analysis tools (e.g., SAS, R, SQL)
  • Well-versed in marketing metrics and digital media
  • Ability to relate to standard marketing metrics like conversion rates, response rates, lift, ROAS, and ROI
  • Familiarity with web analytics (e.g., Omniture), DMPs, ad servers, or multiple touch attribution vendors is a plus
  • Ability to assess complex situations and analyze data to make judgments and recommend solutions
  • Sound knowledge of concepts and procedures specific to own subject area and a basic understanding of procedures in other relevant areas

Nice to Have

  • Knowledge of web analytics tools such as Omniture
  • Experience with DMPs, ad servers, or multiple touch attribution vendors
