Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with regional and local growth teams to identify and develop B2B opportunities that align with strategic objectives
  • Support the implementation and optimization of tools and resources that enhance cross-functional communication and data sharing
  • Analyze market trends, competitive intelligence, and internal data to support business development initiatives
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to streamline B2B processes and ensure consistent execution across markets
  • Assist in the planning and execution of regional strategies aimed at expanding provider networks and partner engagement
  • Track project milestones, performance metrics, and outcomes to evaluate the effectiveness of B2B initiatives
  • Develop presentations, reports, and documentation to support growth strategies and stakeholder engagement
  • Serve as a liaison between corporate functions and local teams to align goals and ensure resource availability
  • Participate in regional meetings, workshops, and planning sessions to support continuous improvement efforts
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and healthcare regulations in all business development activities

Requirements

  • 3+ years of marketing experience within a matrix organization
  • 3+ years of experience within sales force
  • 3+ years of experience influencing and collaborating with others
  • 3+ years of experience managing and prioritizing several deliverables
  • 3+ years of experience in a deadline driven environment
  • 3+ years of experience demonstrating organization skills
  • 3+ years of proficiency in Microsoft office suite including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of or experience in working with Medicare/Medicare Advantage plans
  • Proven ability to be flexible and work with ambiguity
  • This position requires Tuberculosis screening as well as proof of immunity to Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella, Tetanus, Diphtheria, and Pertussis through lab confirmation of immunity, documented evidence of vaccination, or a doctor’s diagnosis of disease
