Sr. Marketing Consultant

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the marketing relationship manager and the advisor firm's marketing strategist, acting as a client-facing project manager and task executor.
• Host bi-weekly advisor meetings and communicate effectively with clients.
• Curate and implement digital marketing editorial calendars for blogs, e-newsletters, email campaigns, digital ads, and social media platforms to align with advisor goals.
• Create traditional advertisements such as print, billboard, and radio, negotiating rates with publication companies.
• Implement prospect engagement, niche prospecting processes, and workflows to drive business growth for both LPL Financial and the advisors.
• Establish and measure ROI and KPIs such as email CTR, social media engagement, and website traffic.
• Create and execute marketing plans for advisors based on their preferences, utilizing LPL's tools.
• Schedule and host regular discussions with advisors.
• Collaborate with internal and external parties to maintain the advisor's brand, website, and blog.
• Work with the advisor's office staff to ensure cohesive messaging and provide coaching for events and seminars.
• Collaborate with compliance to ensure content, brand, and messaging adhere to SEC, LPL policy, and FINRA rules.
• Collaborate with fellow marketing consultants to provide feedback and program enhancements based on advisors' needs.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in traditional and digital marketing.
• Solid understanding of e-commerce and social media advertising.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, and email marketing.
• Experience with organic and inorganic marketing growth principles, including PPC, SEO, and SEM.
• Working knowledge of website management, content management platforms, and best practices.
• Understanding of offset and digital print.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to create holistic marketing strategies.
• Strong organizational, project, and time management skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience in event planning and webinars.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communication, or a related field.
• Financial services experience.
• Experience in relationship management.
